AKA THE AWFUL-PERSON OPT-OUT

In the 2003 Fullmetal Alchemist anime, Kimbley is a stupidly powerful alchemist whose skills involve messing with the chemical makeup of various items and organisms; bluntly put, he can and does make bombs out of pretty much everything, and his favorite things to "play" with are human beings. He does this by putting his palms together to activate the arrays tattooed on them, and then touching whatever it is that he wants to transmute (in other words, it's a two-step process that can be interrupted at any point before he initiates the transmutation).

In Empatheias, he'll generally have the common sense to not just...wantonly do that; he isn't utterly unrestrained unless somebody he's working with explicitly turns him loose, when he's on his own he has the general ability to read his situation and understand that that's probably a bad idea (as underutilized as that ability tends to be, um). However, fights and skirmishes do tend to happen from time to time when he's around; that said, Kimbley will not be bombtouching anyone without explicit player permission.

In addition, his backstory involves things like lots of murder, torturing people for fun, willingly participating in genocide, incredibly positive views of war and violence, and tremendous issues with isolation; I am always open to modifying tags or altering thread trajectory if things start getting into territory you're uncomfortable with, so if an issue arises, let me know!
